This is Kreatur, an eccentric, lab-style, dining experience, where our most niche interests come to life.

Hidden inside Hobo Hotel Oslo you’ll find Kreatur. This is a conceptually rotating dining experience with seating for 40 guests. Here, the only constant is change. Each year we launch four distinct themes, drawing inspiration from a wide range of sources. Art periods, movie genres, fringe movements – whatever we’re obsessed with at the moment is reflected in the food, the drinks, the presentations, the interior and the experience.

Currently cooking: ANIME. We keep falling down the rabbit hole of all the things we find fascinating. For our second theme, we’re diving head-first into the whimsical, mysterious, colorful, loud, and sometimes scary world of Japanese cartoons. From February to July 2026, we are recreating dishes from famous favorites, remixing flavors from cult classics, and throwing everything we love about anime into a big blender. Welcome in!
